Greetings to all of you
I'm a 26 year old woman from the "Third World" (lol). I've been working online as a freelancer since I was 18 (I'm a photo retoucher since 2011, and before that, I worked as a translator), and now I would like to explore other horizons over here. I love what I do (and I won't stop working on that), I put a lot of work and effort to build my own job as a freelance retoucher during this years (and I made it!! ), but I also got really tempted when I found this forum. I've been reading several threads from you since last year, and some days ago, I just decided to jump in
I want to find out if IM can be one of my things, it's a new challenge.

What does a retoucher do exactly? Any examples

Apparently I can't explain you because I get an error when I try to submit the reply (I don't know why). It can be summarized as post processing. In my case, beauty and fashion images. This is really uncomfortable... (not being able to explain myself)

Basically nothing to do with IM, lol...

It will be because your new, cant remember exactly how it works but you need so many posts on the forum before you can post images (i think images) and links.

I can't post images neither explain it by writing it down in a descriptive way, it gets the same error over and over again
And yes, apparently it's because I'm new.

Some words are considered spam and are blocked by a filter placed on new accounts. Words will often be related to "free" so if you've included that in your response, try to rephrase it.

I know, it's a funny thing because I wasn't using any spammy words. In fact I was only trying to reply to Hawkster's question, what I currently do is far, far away from IM...so I'm not selling anything :/. Anyway, I guess one day I won't be new anymore
