Certain websites of certain niches will not work, it is hard to say which. That is one of the reasons I provide a free replacement so that you can try out a niche and if it doesn't work you can try again.

Do you need a new URL/Domain for each account - if you are promoting the same offer or can you use the same URL/Domain over and over again on different accounts?

Don't you have to spend like $25 on the account before that $75 coupons can start being spent or have your accounts already spent the $25?

Sometimes it will allow you to use the same url over and over again, probably not indefinitely. Sometimes you will have to use a new url each time.

The accounts are activated to spend up to $50, at $25 spend the coupon will become active.
