[WTB]Custom Bot development with ubot zennoposter etc

I am looking to get a custom bot developed preferably with ubot or zennoposter or imacros. But if you have other options no problem with that as long as it serves the purpose.

Requirement-

1) Bot need to read proxies from a text file entered into it in format proxyort:usernameassword (one proxy per line)
2) Then read a list of urls from another text file (file contain 1 url per line)
3) Go to a random url from the text file using a random proxy and then submit a form (nothing to fill...just submit a rating slider)
4) A file download will start, accept it (maybe just fetch the headers or download a small part of it) and then cancel the download (no need to download full file)
5) Clear cookies before opening any url.

All tasks should be done with random time intervals (opening a page to waiting to submitting etc). And also with random user agents (taken preferably from another text file).
