I am not sure of a single other tool that can search for targets based on any niche keywords and then auto crawl the results to whatever depth you set and / or crawl a specific website for links from authority websites. It also has a built in Web2.0 hunter for finding aged web2.0 accounts.

It can check domains on over 1000 different TLDs and crawl any website you want it to.

You can check 38 quality stats with more being added regularly (PR, age, DMOZ inclusion, indexed status and SE stats, social shares inc Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest etc, Moz, Majestic, SemRush, Ahrefs, Alexa ...)

Only Paypal payments are accepted due to credit card abuse I have experienced in the past. I can take payments direct via Paypal but I think you will still need an account to do this.
