The minimum DA is 18 and Highest is 45!
The sites trust and citation flows are so impressive! These sites are one of the best quality sites I have seen for a while, and seeing them, you will take them for authority sites.

Also, i did a quick check to see if the sites are mobile friendly, Yes! Every one of them. Due to the overrated google mobile update coming up, am careful the kind of sites that link to my authority sites.

About ranking.

Received a review copy and OP gave 5 blog posts. Still too early to tell regarding results...still a great Tier 1 service due to the high DA of the blogs themselves. In my case, articles were placed on blogs with the following DA: 38, 33, 32, 26, 44, so if this is what you're looking for to boost your sites, I think the price is fair, especially given that you will receive a good deal more than five posts on similar blogs.

Each domain has a different IP.
Communication is great and OP kept me updated.

I got 5 of these links just the other day. Communication with OP has been top notch and has emailed me updates along the way. Always nice to see after so much that goes on here.

The 5 domains i got have excellent DA/PA scores. PR is included in the report and I am unsure why as it really does not matter anymore.

Each site has its own social accounts, and real themes! That is pretty rare to find these days in the market place. At first glance these look like 100% real sites.

The articles used are your average cheap articles, but they are readable and proper English. I would say around 300 words is what it is looking like.

Overall, nice PBN links for the price. It is almost too early to tell if they have done anything, but I did receive a very small jump to the second page. Hope to see more rising in the future.
