when i logged to check my account i find some payment i did not make i contact support and change password
what do u think

you did good when contacting the support, but it can be a re-bill you forgot to cancel or the first payment of something your forgot about after the trial period ended

i did not make anything like that believe it or not

They could go to jail for stealing money. Was it worth it for $10?

i am afraid to make it more and more not for $10

I have the same issues recently (same day as you), with about $600 gone in a single day, fraudelent transactions from Russia. Already sent a dispute form and blocked my card...I think they have some major security issues at the moment (well so far it's only us to, could be a coincidence), will see how it goes..

What worries me is that this is the first time in about 2 years that I have let a triple-digit amount of dollars sit in my account for more than a day without withdrawing it and BAM...all gone. Very suspicious to say the least, If I get a refund it will be all good though...If not I will definitely take legal action, because the timing of those fraudulent transactions seems very interesting...like someone knew whether or not I had funds in my account..Also no way anyone could know my card details, haven't used the card for online purchases in more than a year and I always withdraw from trusted ATMs..Seems impossible unless...you know

Will keep posted on the issue.

iam afraid too they want to change my card reissue another on so shall i wait for them or block it my self what do u do to block it

Once you call their emergency phone and explain the situation they will block your card immediately and send you an e-mail with instructions how to order a new one. The dispute forms are included in that e-mail - they have to be printed, then filled in handwriting and then scanned and sent back.

Do fill the dispute forms, regardless of the amount being so small. If you don't you're basically saying it's fine if someone steals from me, if the amount is small.

I've seen a lot of complaints about unauthorized withdrawals on Payoneer cards. Seems their system is not that secure cost I usually come across something like this every few weeks.

Well, if I had used the card overseas in some fishy-looking ATM or If I regularly use it for online purchases or something, I would completely understand the issue, it happens to everyone and card fraud is a billion dollar industry.

However, since I know my habits and how I use the card(I basically use only one ATM that is INSIDE the main branch of the largest bank here) there are only 4 ways this happened:

1. Someone used a randomly generated number and name and got a match. (Is that even possible?)

2. Someone hacked into Payoneer database and stole card details (Would be more people burned and posting)

3. Payoneer themselves did this.

4. A Russian hacker broke into my apartment while I slept, photographed my card and left. If so, he forgot to take the pile of cash that sits near my PC.

If I get a chargeback I will be very impressed in how they handled this and would be their biggest fan from now on. If not, I would be 100% sure they stole the money themselves, especially considering that I know many people who were scammed with their debit cards and they all got the money back from their bank/mastercard.

Unfortunately, browsing through their community forums definitely doesn't exactly make me hopeful...I found a guy who lost $3k+ and they offered him a much smaller amount as a 'sign of good faith' after like 4 months of him sending 100 e-mails.

The only bright thing is that looking at how much payoneer earn from me, they would basically earn back this amount in 5-10 years without having to scam me, and payment processors are definitely a long-term business..so doesn't make much sense for them to steal from me..Include the fact that if they scam me I will spend the next 10 years telling everyone how bad they are and it makes even less sense...Same applies to getting a chargeback I think..

Will keep posted, honestly don't know what to make of all this.

hello they replay by email thath these actions without my permission and i shall replay to the accepting reissuing new card for me i say yes plz reissue another on what i want to know if they will keep my xxxx$ money and load to the new card i mean it will remain the same balance or not

my stsus now is your card is blocked

I lost over $5k from my payoneer account in March. Filed a dispute, and was told to wait for 90 days (imagine) and after 90 days I am being offered ~40% of my balance as "an act of good faith".

If you trust payoneer with your hard earned cash, might as well flush it down the sewers lol

I am now inclined on finding out who is responsible for these things, is it payoneer themselves or their ignorance.

so what i can do this is the only way i can buy seo services on web and my local bank did not give same flexabilty same like payoneer

note i have new card now with new info and i can not add new bank info to my paypal acc shall i call them tedious work

Im using payoneer for good two years and never had any problem. Also stored five figures for while without any problem. I love it. Its fast and I can only recommend. You have to take care and dont use it in shady places ATMs and so on.

This happened to me somebody cloned my payoneer card in rio de janeiro, I lost 890 usd... when i contacted payoneer it was too late, and I had no refund even if I filled the mastercard dispute forms... You better block the account and order a new mastercard.

if i'm not mistaken, Payoneer virtual bank accs aren't supported by Paypal anymore, however you can still add the Payoneer Mastercard to Paypal
