In my group facebook , they posted one picture adults, they attract users to click on the link

it seems they are marketing for 1 tourist site, but I don't know how they make money

Maybe I'm not understanding your question but they are making money from ads on their posts. I don't know what network it is but it looks similar to adsense. They are making money from a df.ly as well
