When it comes to these two it would be best to use followliker, because it is more user-friendly than the other one.

If I am not mistaken, TwtDominator is like a recurring subscription where you pay money per year (there's also a one time price around $499 or something) , so I think if they're charging on a yearly basis, they must be updating the bot to work with latest twitter updates. I've used Pindominator, a bot from IB, and I think it's pretty good. I haven't tried TWTDominator yet (I'm gonna install the trial today) but I think it has a lot of features and it is a good buy if you know how to monetize twitter properly.
