btw don't you worry the users will report your acc?
I am saying if someone was going for a free shutout and didn't get it, there is a little probability he/she will report you and over time the reports will pile up and eventual your account will get banned.

Hm, good question.
Well, I post 5-10 times a day, my followers sees I do my best to provide as much shoutouts as possible. I give credit back to every posted image ( so i count Instagram to consider that if they are inspecting my account for some reason ). And at the end I do give them option to pay for their post. It's optional. They can count on luck, quality image, awesome text under their image ( I explain them that if they write more about this image, the chance to win the shoutout is higher. I want more content, because SE like it. That probably mean higher rank ) So basically I give them to understand that there are few factors and if they do their best, I really give the shoutout. This is the best I can do and still it is a lot better than to use images from google that are not mine, don't give credit on the images and add "biz: mymailhere". I am sure when I grow more there will be nerd rage from some idiots, that took a fast blurry, ugly shot with 2 sentences text, who will use the report option, but I count the "inspector" will see that I give more to the social network, than I take.

I do this manually, since I don't use many accounts to promote. After i buy the accounts and try to login, It reset the password, so I log the the mail I get for this account and change it.
Note: I may not receive blocks and temp bans, but Instagram will require to PV it 2-3 times, so you need phone numbers. For few accounts that promote is not a problem, but with more will be a pain.
Off: I'd like to add more content to the existing article. Full guide with followliker screens, even more advanced method for monetization, with links to paypal with guide and all. I am pretty sure this monetization method will be interesting for many people. The problem is that I can't add links and images or symbols that I need to add to explain the tips about the comments and to make the post look good for reading.Please, give me rights to do that so I can share everything I know. There won't be any affiliate links or anything that will ruin the guide.

How are you getting their usernames from them logging in via Instagram's call-back script? Or are you spoofing Instagram's login/app-permissions page to capture usernames? Don't quite understand that part.

Login via instagram call-back script. But even if you don't have that, they will provide their username in the submit form ( its required field, so they can't skip it ). The only problem in that way of collecting usernames is that people sometimes give wrong username, because of mistake in typing.
