He sent me some "samples" but all i can say that they are 100% not guest blogs.

This are expired domains which he bought and then build a blog of it. Most had very low TF and high CF.
Also according to majestic some of the domains had chinese anchors ?!
Why should a guest blog use chinese anhcors if the blog is not chinese ? lol
Would not use it as tier 1 , just my 2 cents
