Suggest me a good cheap domain and hosting

I am planning to start website (wordpress). So I am looking web hosting service which is legit and which works good.

My website will be for 18 or older and I'll do link to filehosts. I do not own the copyright of the files. Before few years ago I share files with that niche and never get deleted files. Is it safe to me, to have such a site?!

Is 100 GB Monthly Bandwidth enough? I plan to go with Altushost WOOD Package ($5.69/Monthly). The domain cost $11.99/Year and ID Protection for $3.00 (Is it worth it?) I don't want my private info to go in the net.

I can't pay month by month on Altushost? When I try to place an order I need to pay $59.40 at once.

Here some tips, if you're new, get a namecheap hosting for $10/year. Use cloudflare at the moment, save a lot of bandwith. Find a coupon you could probably get $1 domain if you're lucky. Buy WHOIS if you think it's necessary. Change to better hosting package if your site start getting a lot of traffic and getting slow. Total you spend $20/year :)

Houston, we have a problem!

Do you allow hosting adult content?
Adult content is prohibited on our shared/reseller/business servers, it is only allowed on VPS packages.

Google is your friend. Search for what you are looking for and take it from there, ensure you to research though and check out any reviews before jumping in.
 
I suggest go for hostwinds, their shared hosting is very good, support is second to none.
There are active coupons right now and you can get 99% off for first month and then - $5.
There is discount for BHW members as well.

Definitely not the cheapest, but based on personal experience, Namecheap for domains and Hstgator/Hostwinds for hosting.
 
Use VPN and get server located somewhere were what you are doing is legal.

I recommend iFastNet because they provide a free domain name even with cheapest plan, they have PHP 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 which you can choose in cPanel for your needs. Servers are very secure especially using the site lock which makes it impossible for hackers to exploit your scripts by fully locking all files uploaded so they can not be changed.
 
There are many cheap and reliable hosting companies out there. I personally would look at something like HawkHost or even HostGator which I have used and found have a great and reliable service.
 
I think digital ocean is pretty cheap. You should consider it.
