Anyone making any money from blogging?

i make a bit from my blog, usually from affiliate links or getting optins to my newsletter, then doing mailouts. Its not much though. To make real money you either need mass blogs or lots of traffic.

since I havent had time to post 5 times a week like the pros do, = little income. adsense has picked up abit in the fast few weeks though. still not enough to retire, which is why im exploring black hat

Just a quick contribution which is prompted by ronin mentioning opt-in. I see a lot of blackhat sites monetized ONLY by adsense. I never let my traffic get away without offering a chance to opt-in one of my "newsletters". It takes a little setting up, but once I get your email address, let the perfectly legal can-spam compliant spamming begin!!

yes the optin is great. spend a day writing a 5-day course promoting pre-selling some product or you could even signup to someone else's AS, copy their emails, just altering them slightly. (pretty brutal).

and if you want indexed traffic fast, setup a squidoo lense. you can past direct html code into the lense (in this case your optin code) so that way you can capture names/email from people visiting your lense, instead of worrying about your own site getting indexed right away. a well made lense will get you top 10 in usually a week or less.

Yes..from Adsense, but nothing significant though. It's slowly tricking in...

I make like 25 a day from 20 blogs and i also sing up with thenewsroom.com
they let you put there article on your blog and everytime the article is viewed you get paid like 0.05 cents
so you get income from adsense and the newsroom

I make 10 cent (adsense) per day for one blog only.. sometime less.. Traffic come from friendster.. Not bad generate free traffic from there..

Over 2 million pages indexed -- most with ClickBank affiliate programs.

until now I have been making money with paid reviews and ads only. I did not enter into affiliate marketing. Well since myblog is stilll PR0 I could not get much from that. Hence i am thinking of using affiliate marketing from now.
