Well, I was got bored reading positive reviews all the time on my BST, and this is gonna be a new thing that someone has tried to give something negative.


First of all you are nothing but a suspicious stranger for us who used to give bad reviews on other services too without having any legitimate proves. We love to give REFUNDS if anyone is not satisfied since refunds were very rare because most of our clients are happy, and we got a good level of their retentions so far.


I would like to ask you, how can you give us a bad without any solid reason and not contacting us through any channel first, as our double check of contact records you are still seen to be an Alien to us, and we failed to find your "Assigned Work Record" and "Contact Records", and you are just nowhere.


If you are the real person then please PM us your contact details or any clue through which we could get you easily. Otherwise, we will get in touch with BHW moderators and will drag you on board taking some serious actions against your bad review on our BST and trying to de-value our services.


Please share us your Order Number, Order date, completion time and a nature of your order and your contact details with us. Or else we can't help reporting BHW Cops.

Positive reviews go unquestioned here by everyone, but one honest negative review and it's "fake and unjustified" according to you. I have no ulterior motives. Just an honest BHW buyer.

So now that I'm unbanned, I would like to clear my name.

You provide a premium content service and started off by saying "Well, I was got bored reading positive reviews all the time on my BST, and this is gonna be a new thing that someone has tried to give something negative." - I was got bored? Give something negative?

I do not want a refund. Nope, not interested. I just want to find a service that provides what it describes. I'll gladly waste $1000s on BHW testing services I never ever use again without asking for a refund, so I can leave an honest unbiased review. You promise something, you deliver it, simple.

Here's an excerpt of the content you provided me:

The Order email generated screenshot is showing the Invoice page with your provided details, which contains only your email id for future correspondences, as well as since the said date we hadn't received any feedback from your side about your order completion. However, we also tried touching you on Skype but our records showed that you didn't provide any of your Skype id.

After investing our hell of a time to find you in our records, we found that it had already been 23 days passed since the dispatching of order completion email to you on 25[SUP]th[/SUP] March 2015. We mentioned in email on 25[SUP]th[/SUP] March 2015 that we were looking forward to your feedback, but we hadn't received any from your side since 23 days passed.

On the 23[SUP]rd[/SUP] day, we are receiving your first negative review on our BST on 17[SUP]th[/SUP] April 2015 still without the providence of any evidence from your side.

The point is if someone is claiming for his/her order after passing the 23 days then won't anyone be considered as suspect?

The case is crystal clear that if a buyer wakes up after 23 days and giving his/her feedback (negative review) on one's BST then that won't be fair enough. Since if you take a look on our BST we are offering UNLIMITED REVISIONS but in case if the buyer gets in touch with us continuously by telling his issues and we resolve them many times. We didn't refuse you to entertain you by all means, even after passing the 23 days you didn't bother to contact us through the email and letting us know about your case, but you were in hurry and posted bad review to us.

Mr. Kammy, professionally any business deal requires a proper communication, the one you were lacking with. It would have been more productive if you give us your feedback, however we are receiving it after 23 days. In short, it's quite hard for a guy who aggressively vanishes all limitations and started giving bad reviews on every second sale thread.

There are too many grammatical errors. No chance it is magazine or professional quality in a million years. It is not my job to provide you with feedback to help you form a better quality article. Styling issues? Sure. But where there are serious grammatical errors, and where the content doesn't make sense, that is your problem - alone. I ordered the service, you come up with the goods. At no point was I made aware that I need to give you feedback and work with you so that the content makes sense and we can iron out grammatical errors. That assertion is laughable.

I like the selective screenshot though. You've missed out, intentionally, the very detailed instructions I gave on how the content should be written.

Unlimited revisions where there are simply styling issues is all well and good. But where the article has serious grammatical errors and otherwise, nope, why should there be any in the first place?

When's the last time you read a professional piece of content, or a magazine, where numerous sentences didn't make sense, words were missing, and there were grammatical errors?

The fact is, giving you feedback on this article for revisions would have been like teaching my 3 year old nephew how to write a dissertation. Not sure where to start from, and not enough time!

I don't want revisions, the content was poor. Very poor. And I am entitled to leave my feedback here, since I didn't get what I paid for.

Now instead of getting defensive, why not make sure none of your clients in the future receives a poor quality article - so that a bad experience like this is out of the question?
