how to play safe with 3 years old account?

Hi,
I found an old account of mine.
3 years old.
I had in this account 100 photos+- and 250 followers.
I delete all the photos, change the name and upload one niche photo.
How should I play safe with this account?
I have instagress account and I don't know how to start getting bigger with this acount.
My last account 2 weeks old got banned because spam (not allowed link)
So I don't want it will happend here.
Any ideas?

Dont use Instagress, Use FollowLiker and new accounts is harder to bot because they fresh and limits are strict on them

Old accounts are more lenient and easier to grow, Look around the forums for good settings for FL

At times it gives problems from what I have seen. FL is much more faster and reliable and cheaper over time

I have 10 more days on instagress from my last IG account so I will finish them and then I will probably buy FL

Start using low limits and increase slowly

Being a 3 yr old account, you have some trust with Instagram.

Just start slow and work your way up with settings, and you'll be fine.
