What Is this journey about?

I am building 10 Authority Sites. Each site will have

• Target Earning Potential of $1000 pm or more in 6 months
• Minimum Earning potential of $500 pm
• Monetized by Amazon Affiliate
• More than 20 Articles

Why?

I have built several sites before and want to systemize my process so that I can grow from here. I will be making templates, documenting my steps here in the google document and will also post periodic updates.

How am I ever going to do this?

This is a gigantic project by all means. There are so many steps to take care of. I fully relaze that and I am building a team of up to 5 full-time members.

On top of that I am going to be hiring freelancers for content production and miscellaneous activities.

Current Status

I have already ordered some of the content I will need for this project. One of the sites is been setup but not to my liking.

10 sites is a lot, you will need to put a lot of work into it, but i guess 5 people to help are a great idea, counting you that's less that 2 sites per person and that's quite decent.

Also would it involve some blackhat? (seo, plugins, scripts)

There will be more than 5, as these 5 plus me wont be writing the content for the sites.

Link building is balackhat in some sense but nothing too aggressive

I am interviewing candidates and expect to have a couple of hires in the next 1 - 2 weeks.

Most of the folks I have interviewed have zero relevant experience but are otherwise semi skilled. I am working on the training I will provide them to get my team off the ground.

Update.



I have hired my first staff expected to start tomorrow.

In the background several other small tasks are taking place such as niche selection, domain registration, content ordering, etc.

I also have some prewritten content from other project which I will re-purpose for this project.

I expect to update the tracking sheet next week.

Update:

Site 1: is almost ready. All articles are scheduled and will roll out over the course of next few days.

Site 2: I have all the content ready. It should get installed and be live in the

Site 3: I have some more content lying around from my previous projects which I will use here (along with new articles) and may be for some more of the remaining sites.

Team update:

Building a team in a physical location is proving to be a tougher task and I have decided against it. Will be growing my team of freelancers instead.
