Instagram Effectively Eliminates Exchange Sites

So basically third party apps are no more on Instagram, or very will be soon. AKA if you use a follower exchange or something I'd stop now.

uhm as far I got is that they won't remove the exchange. Or better: they'll remove exchange that post or like without user action but by the app itself. That mean that maybe there are some apps that after installed they auto-comment, auto-like or auto-follow. Those will be removed.

If I like a user through APIs (by using exchange for example) is still my action, so...

Why would it, It says IG is going to block the apps.
And Followliker does works like real users.
