I've been burned on a service similar to this before so please forgive my hesitation and ridiculous questions.

I realize earnings questions have been asked and are subject to many variables and difficult to answer, however, considering if I order SF packages, you would be creating the keywords, you would be optimizing the site, and you would be doing the SEO. All of which I am sure you have done many many times and therefore a reasonable estimate should be fairly easy for you. 3 - 5 keywords should get about 1000 a month? Right, what would the timeframe on something like that be, considering you would be doing the SEO and content updates. Let's also assume for the sake of this scenario that I know absolutely nothing and would need assistance with practically every step.

Also I was wondering if the sites themselves would be able to actually apply for an adsense account with?

It also seems like your customer service is great from what people on this thread have said. So after the project is complete, am I still able to come to you for questions and advice?

Lastly, I am very interested in a few sample sites as well.

I received a Beta authority site from Napster nearly two weeks ago, and this is my review.

The domain is aged, over 8 years old, with a good DA.

The website itself is neat and simple, with a nice look, well-written articles, and an overall good structure.
I can say that they have done a good job in building it.

Keywords have a good CPC, and even though I didn't chose the niche, it is vast and promising.

Also I want to mention the team's communication, and the valuable documentation and instructions following the delivery.

I received the beta package several days ago and was dumbfounded by how high the quality of the website turned out to be. The domain is over 7 years old and the wordpress theme's layout is almost worth the price alone. Although I didn't like the topic too much, the articles were expertly written and exactly how one would want them written to have repeat visitors.
