I am sorry to hear that you were blocked for 30 days, but currently Facebook has fixed all the bypassing glitches/bugs. You will sadly have to wait the 30 days before being able to access Facebook again. Sorry I couldn't help more.

No other choices. Now, think that the account is infected with some disease, so if you do something wrong next time, the account gets locked again. So if that's not a personal account, then move on. If it a personal account, wait for 30 days.
