I'm 22 and currently live with my mom, she immigrated here from europe and we split the responsibilities. We rented the same duplex for multiple years.. Recently the other neighbors have been causing drama, they decided to deep fry food at 1am in the morning causing the whole house to smell soo bad making it impossible to sleep. We had to open all the windows in the house to try to vent the house out. We left a note telling them not to deep fry things at 1 in the morning.. The next day the landlord evicted us saying we complain to much and we got until june 1st to move out.

I am about to start my journey thread about 4-5 websites that im in the process of setting up, so this eviction adds a little bit more flare to everything. Right now my youtube makes me 5-10 dollars a day with hopes of revenue from my journey thread. Any tips you guys would give about moving out for the first time? I have a full time job and can pool around 2-3,000 by the time I need to move out.

Well, there is definitely something missing from this story....

My upstairs neighbors decided to install shitty hardwood, so now I have this amazing subwoofer to drown out the noise. I own though, so it's harder to get rid of me. Amazingly, after all the problems I've had with them being inconsiderate, my awesome subwoofer has changed their minds about me and they are much more considerate. I guess they don't like when I play Lil Wayne's "Long as my bitches love me" with the bass turned all the way down.

We'll me and my mom are not hard to live with, you can ask any of the previous neighbors, we are quiet.. (have amazing wireless headphones, so bump to music that way). If you ask any of the surrounding neighbors they prefer us as well. The landlord used to care about the property but now just wants to collect rent. She refuses to fix the sink where sewage builds up in the sink sometime.

Either way I'm excited to venture out on my own, I was hoping to have my IM income rolling in so I can move out and get an awesome house by the lake. (we got lakes all over the place)

We negotiated with the landlord and back in the clear, sure did light a fire under my ass and get crackin on my IM plan! Journey thread coming soon!
