My account got blocked from adding contect

I have account that got blocked from adding contect today because not allowed link.
I can't like/follow/unfollow/comment at all.
I can only upload photos without anything write when I upload the image.
What should I do?

This account had 3K followers and he is 3week old.
The are no ways to get it back?
Or maybe the ban will removed after 24 hours?

I open new account and start working on it.
I'll wait 3 day if the ban won't be cancel I 'll probably make the new account as my main acount and connect him to the bot

I'm pretty sure I read that bitly links are not allowed, or any masking or CPA links for that matter.
