How to send emails in bulk which are not opted in?

Hey guys,

I am fairly new in email marketing. I am looking for ways and suggestions on how to send around 10,000 emails which I scrape? I do not have optin for those emails, but I need to send them same content.

So how to do it to deliver them ? It's not spammy offer. Email I will send them is laser targeted to its recipients, so there is no relevant reason why they should mark it as spam, because it's not spam. But I never received an optin for those emails, as I am scraping them. The email I will send them has no link inside, no attachment, just a few word text which looks just like a regular email, which I could send them one by one.

What about software like sendy.co ? If I import those emails and send them, do they deliver or fall to spam folder? Why they would fall to spam, or not deliver at all? Or is it just better to send them manually one by one from my email client?

Get a server, send using the unsubscribe link in the bottom of the email and go for it.

Basically, what it comes down to is clearing the spam filter from the email provider and then you have the problem of the recipient flagging it as spam. I know Gmail's filters are hyper vigilant. You can also get your email address and/or domain blacklisted which is no fun to deal with. Personally, I haven't figured out a successful formula so hopefully someone else will have more constructive advice, but I will say tread lightly.

BTW Techmaestro, GetResponse won't let you send to a bought or scraped list (i.e. non-opted in). Most major email companies have this policy to protect the integrity of their servers.

first of all, scraping is illegal by law, its a banned subject here on bhw, and, you get shitty results and get your IPs screwed up when you mail to scraped data. Don't do it. Build your own lists or buy data if you can't

Well, spam works. You just scale and you will get a ROI. Sometimes When I need funds fast, I mass mail like that and get some sales. Its all about getting a targeted email list and mailing out. I have all the email lists i need and i sure do mail millions when i want to.I have the setup. Good luck in your mailing efforts

I have scraped email lists but I wonder what to do with spamtraps and high bounce rates if I start emailing them .
Do I need a vps , interspire for this ?

You can use any of these options

mailgun,
mailjet
sendgrid,
Amazon SES
Godaddy allows 250 emails per email account
Customer.io

and there are various other transactional email services like those. You can also use mailerking if you want emails to be send via HTTP, proxy..but it's very costly..! Initially you will have to pay around 150 USD for three months and 50 USD for each month thereafter....! I guess mailerking do not work with gmail. It should work with yahoo and mail.ru..

If you are sending it to a non-opt in email list try to be compliant as possible and add an unsubscribe option..!

If you are sending spam, just to a scraped list you cannot use the above transactional email services. You have to set up a VPS server with 5 to 6 IPs(each ip's cost around 2 USD), configure postfix/exim/powerMTA, centOS and send the mails first... Then you will have to capture all the bounces and remove them from the existing list...!

Once you remove the bounces, you will have to remove SPAMtraps, honeypots from your existing list. Once you get a clean set of email addresses then use any of the above transactional email services and send the mail...! For a huge list of SPAMTRAPS and honeypots search BHW or Internet or you can use the services of various email cleaning companies... But is way too costly..!

Most of the VPS providers do not provide fresh IPs (which means if you don't white-list those IPS, all the mails by default will go to spam, so better use them to check only bounces)..some of them ask for a deposit....!

For cleaning and comparing emails, you can use send-safe list manager..!

Note: If you are scraping and sending emails, you will make zero sales(well for me...not sure about others)....!!!!!! Your IPS can be blacklisted easily and from then on all the emails you send will go to spam

Most ESPs and MAs do not allow sending to cold, purchased or scraped email lists because their software isn't designed to do so.
