Something that I dont understand: Why to choose the city/country, if I don't pay cash?

actually this was when i had 3 bitcoins and a friend of mine handled the situation for me...he used that site...he owed me some money.

Most people won't sell you if you pay via Paypal.
Paypal is reversible, BTC is not.
Though you might be able with localbitcoins.com, as suggested.

virwox is good if you have a CC.. They have anti-fraud and make you wait.. So dont even bother
