301 redirecting penalized website question

I am pretty sure I messed up the whole title but I have a question and I really did not knew how to title it.

So, let me tell you about what I have and what I intend to do. I got 2 old websites (2+ years old) with average metrics (30+PA 20+DA / LOADS of social signals, homepage has over 100k+ social signals and each page has 50k+ (every post I have because of my social lockers)). Currently one/more websites got reported I believe and Google manually verified all my websites (7 of them) that I had on a single webmasters account. They even did manual job on 3 websites that were FRESH new. My 2 websites do not have bad backlinks or backlinks at all (I did not do any SEO on them, they have those metrics simple just by having age and lots of social signals).

Why do the websites got penalized?

(I am not sure but I had one website that I bought from a PPD-er which had backlinks from his own PBN, my guess goes to that website that f.cked all of my websites)

What is the manual action Google tooked on ALL of my websites?

"Thin content" is what they call it. Since my websites are full blackhat stuff like (cracks/generators etc.) I can't ask for a reconsideration.

What I intend to do with them?

I want to 301 them to my NEW websites which have the same niches but with a way better organization+content (500-800 words articles/images/etc.), my old websites had 50 words+one image per post which yea is nonsense for Google but due to my social signals I was in top 3 in 42 niches.
My question. Is it possible to 301 them to my new websites without sending the penalization too? I do not want to risk it but if it's working and I'll send the metrics as I want I can get my new website to rank alot faster. I've read that it depends on the penalization if it goes to the new website as well. My new website is currently 1+ month old adding 1 post/day.

Dont use penalty domains for 301. it will pass the penalty to the new site

yep the penalty will pass eventually. dont take the risk. im in the same boat as you man had 8 sites hosted on a vps and google slapped them all with manual penalty had to start fresh it sucks

Redirect Penalized domains to some bit.ly short links that redirect to your money site , bit.ly will absorb the penalty and will redirect the value

Or redirect to a web 2.0 and then to your moneysite. If you get trouble, just take your link out.

Hmm, a random bit.ly? And how does bit.ly absorbs the penalty? Can you be more specific? Have you tried this or you are suggesting it?

Or redirect to a web 2.0 and then to your moneysite. If you get trouble, just take your link out.

You suggest I 301 the good website to a 2.0 and then make a good backlink out of it or redirect the good website to 2.0 and then redirect the 2.0 to my moneysite?

301 redirecting the old domain to new one for 1-2 weeks will not pass the penalty, plus you will get the link juice, BUT my friend if you are redirecting it for more than 3-4 weeks, then you are creating footprints + penalty for your new domain.
