Email,Password and File Management Tips and tricks

The past few weeks I have been doing a lot of reading on different ways to make money online, currently I am making 5-10 dollars a day via youtube. I am about to start another project that consists of a few websites that I will be updating regularly and most likely starting a journey thread to track my progress. My question is how do you guys stay organized with your passwords, files and incoming emails, I am already getting overwhelmed with trying to track different passwords and accounts I have. I would love to hear how others approach organization of files,tools and passwords.

Well password, super simple :
- An excel sheet with username and pass, emails and use

I randomly generate password with 16 characters from a website, this way, none of my accounts has the same password.

Emails, I have 3 main. 1 for my music, 1 for my accounts, professional emailings, and 1 for site that are not so important or may spam.

As for the files, It's all in subfolders, by projects, keywords etc etc, just like my favs in chrome.

how are you making $10. a day on y.tube? are you using adsense? or something else?

For email you can setup a filter that puts incoming emails from your different emails into separate folders for some organization.
