i have a problem , my website gets traffic from google and when i get index my post appears up but after some hours my competitors are upper than me ,
i supposed that their websites rank upper so google "loves" them more , so what action should i do? what do you reccomend fo me?

to pay for people that write 1000 words on their high rank websites and link to me ?
what shoud i do ? i am rank 500,000 on alexa and i notice that my competitors rank lower, ut i know that alexa rank affected form traffic
so i dont know what seo act i am need to do
and if its for allwys or sometimes

Do it but check each site's DA, PA, TF and Quantcast Traffic data. If you see good DA, PA, TF but no traffic at all, it might be a PBN site. You can go for that if price is cheap. Also, you can use semrush to see the keywords for which the guy is ranking or ask for Analytics screenshot or something.

Just to let you know, it's perfectly normal for a lesser authority site to get a short term boost in rankings over competitors that normally outrank you when you update with fresh content so Google is not penalizing you it doesn't seem by what you said. You are just getting the normal short term boost, but it doesn't last.
