Twitter Account Creation Best Practices?

So I have been out of the twitter marketing for a few years. I used to use Tweet Attacks Pro along with their account creator.

What is the best way to go about getting Twitter accounts created these days? I am wanting to have US based accounts, but I have been hearing about this phone verification with twitter. Is it really a big deal if I am using private US proxies and keeping it to one account each?

Yeah you're going to get hit with a phone verification sooner or later. And no it's not a big deal at all. I have 5 accounts under one IP
