Need help finding a manufacturer?

Ok guys I am trying to bring a new product to market and I'm looking for a manufacturer for a plastic injected mold as well as 10,000 units.
Does any one know a good trustworthy manufacturer china or Europe? As well as a fulfillment company in Europe.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and the soon I get it to market the sooner some of you guys can start making money on my affiliate program and the product will be more then easy to sell!

If you are in North America, I believe there is Plastics GRP in Montreal.

There are actually three or four that I have heard of that are in Toronto.

I assume you are looking to outsource to China to cut labor costs though, but I cannot help with that. Good luck!

There are plenty of mold makers in China and elsewhere.

I can give you the contact details for the mold maker I am using if you like.

But remember that it takes about 3 month to make a mold, runs you anywhere from a couple grand to 50k. It's not as simple a process as you may think.

I'll give you an example:

A 20 cavity plastic spoon mold ( good for 100.000 to 150.000 shots ) did cost us USD 6000 and took 2 month to make. After 50k shots the mold needs some "refurbishing" - abou

t a week downtime.

The cost for a mold will vary greatly by many factors:

How many cavities, how complex the part, what material is the part made of - PP,ABS, etc etc ( the material will determine the grade of steel being used for the mold ), how large the part.

And you probably will have to spiff up your 10k initial order unless the parts you want to make are very large.

I understand the costs. The part is small and not complex. I'm hoping it will cost under 10,000.
