Create WP Plugin To Extract Content From Any Webpage Url And Convert To Video

I want a software ( wordpress plugin)

The summary of what i want it to do is: extract and convert a web page text and image(s) to HD video,
when i put any web page url in the plugin.


The detail functions should include the following:

1. Putting any web page url in the plugin .

2. Extract the web page content (text and image) and convert them to HD video.

3. Ability to import background music (mp3 file) with feature to adjust the volume.

4. Ability to turn text to voice with feature to adjust the volume.

5. Image transitions, particularly image moving back and front,left and right. Example:

6. Ability to schedule and post videos to my youtube account right inside the plugin. ( Hint: Using Cpanel Cron Jobs)

Okay, this project is interesting and challenging at the same time. Some basic image transitions like fadein and fadeout might be possible but as a whole, I think image transition is hard to implement using something like ffmpeg. I assume that you have a dedicated box which the programmer would get access to ( via SSH preferably). Without a dedicated nix box, this project is impossible.

I am not sure about HD, but it should not be an issue. I can try to do this for you if you have a high budget like $2500 or something, and near about 45 days (might be more or less). The budget might increase. I have to asses the project first and I will PM you with the final quote. Let me know if you are interested.

You can't even get a basic WP plug-in for $150-$200 let alone one with all the features you're looking for to convert ANY webpage to video with text-to-mp3 features. I actually thought $2500 was low.

if anybody gives you a price less than 1500 ,stay away !!! they will just rip you off . you won't get anything remotely useful at the end.
the price should start from 1500.
its a custom made plugin, if anybody makes it and sells it he would make much much more than 200$ !!!!!!

You need to have a server with high-end configuration to support HD encoding. And a scraper for content, only complexity would be to determine the layout of the page if there are many.

I am not interested in it, just throwing some ideas on how it can be implemented.

I guess you missed the Text-to-speech part. Google tts is crappy, so you would need something better for that. It is just too much work.

Agreed, Google's tts is bad, you would need a SDK like Ivona or other good SDKs.
