I wanted to go with the top products which have gravity over 100, but the problem is that top videos about those products on Youtube have 800-6000 views, they are few months old mainly and are gaining 5-40 views a day.
Should i go with these products or move to another niche?

Have you Research the Search volume? Because top videos may bought Views...
First Get the search volume for the keyword, If it have decent search volume (500+/month). then you can go with this product.
Try to rank with google too..

Well only one product has nice search volume (3000+) , but the problem is that the video that is ranked there has PA - 48... and only 7k views for 10 mo/old video

All youtube video ranked on first page shows PA - 48.. Just build links to your video, you can outrank that video..

Doesn't matter so much. I'd be more concerned with number of search results for that keyword. I like to see less than 70k to consider ranking. (for example "how to lose weight" has almost 7,000,000 results)

Based on what you're saying it should be easy to ourank those youtube videos.
You just need to build better backlinks, and have better on page seo.
Really all that matters is getting a decent spot on page one of youtube, then trying to rank in google by replacing the video thats shown.

You should analyze the competition of that keyword though, to make sure its easy to rank for.
Its easier to rank in youtube, than it is to rank in google.
