How much does it worth ig popular accs, based on niches?

I plan to build some accs, but I don't know which niche to pick up.
Which are the post profitable niches?
How much does it worth an acc with 50k followers? or 100k ? I want to sell them, not shoutouts.
I'm thinking on funny niche, but I think is hard to monetize these followers.

You would be better off selling shoutouts on big account because you would make more money in the long run and it will take you months before you reach 50k - 100k and im sure you dont want to sell it for 1k after 4-6 months.

Just pick any popular niche. It will be hard to monetize with CPA but the real money is in the shoutouts.

You already have a strategy to get 50k-100k followers in 2 weeks? The onl way you can do this is if you buy a ton of shoutouts from bigger accounts or if you some how get your page to go viral

Followers aren't worth if the account is inactive. And I doubt funny niche is a good one to go if you want to make money, fashion for example it's a very good niche to sell accounts for a lot of money.

This will depend on a lot of variables.

But I know someone who sold their 20k pet account account for $3k.

If you build your account based on an evergreen niche with great engagement (20%-40%+) and target users in TIER 1 countries then this usually means you hit the jack pot. Of course it doesn't always work this way but this how some of my buddies were able to sell their accounts at such a high rate. Again, there a lot more variables to consider but this is just the basic outline.
