Yes It's still active. Won't be active for long though.

Yes, rankings should improve even more within a week or two as more links get indexed and pass the link juice.
Even though those improvements in rankings might look not significant, my niche is very competitive so I'm pleased with the result... but I'm eager to see where I stand in a month.
Final note, I asked only for a few tier 2 links so it's taking longer for search engines to find my tier 1 links and so some delays with rankings.

keyword 1: from 14 to 10
keyword 2: from 9 to 5

this is very nice, and they will raise even more cause not all links are crawled right now by google.

The ETA was ok as it was done when OP said it would be, no problem here and everything went smoothly.


Delivery:

The Report was well organized and easy to grasp, not confusing at all and easy to go through.


Effects:

The effects were not overwhelming, but I want to note it is a small package! The effects were pretty good for the cost and I was pretty happy with them.
