Long Term $ Project?

Hi Guys,

I am planning to start few, probably white hat, projects from scratch which make me passive income (adsense, affiliate, ads...) long term

What do you think would be the best thing to start to make money long term?

Content sites?:

• Blog? -> Its not really passive income, you have to write every day. But I think, if I stop to write articles one day, and I lost active readers, visitors will come from google anyhow.
• Directory: Software, Games, Lyrics, ...
• dating site?
• something else

Online Tool / Service?:
Blogger / Youtube / Digg / eBay / Amazon Clone...?

I am willing to work on the sites, not just 1 day black hat stuff and I am done

What would you do?

Definitely blogging.. I've been into blogging for quite sometime.. believe me it can make tons of money if properly implemented!

Try whitehat blogs! I have 2 whitehat blogs(the rest are bh) and have gotten me higher in the search engine than a bh one
also starting a new one now which hopefully will go great with some new stuff i want to implement

Do what I am doing, setup autoblogs with Adsense. My visits have gon from 0 per month in March to over 2,500 uniques for May and is now earning me about $1.00 per day. Not much, but then no further work needs doing. I'm now gonna start replicating this with another 5 autoblogs and build on it from there.

I started 3 Autoblogs last week (for the first time) and I really wonder if it will get some people to this crap - I mean, the content is a niche content, but it is "caffeinated content", it looks like some article but without any sense: "hello <keyword>, is the best <keyword> of anyhow china, especially <keyword>..."

I will probably start a real blog, and test the autoblogging and other bh stuff further.
