These can be found on google adwords or on a niche related website.

Agreed. Most of the others are paying extremely good PPC, but are so saturated and have such a limited audience that it's probably not worth the effort. These 3 still pay very good but also have a large target audience.

actually I am working on few mini sites.. So this is really useful thread for me. Also I found Home plans.. house floors are having 5-10$ cpc.. might be helpful if anyone is making a content site on this topic

i have an insurance site going right now and i will say it pays well. the only thing is it has to be up for a couple of months before the money starts comming in my first month i only made 2.38 cents its been 6 months now and its on auto pilot and i have made alittle over 250 bucks so far. im getting around .75 cents to 2.50 a click

I'm a complete nooby following you guys around soaking up all the tips I can!
I'm sure there are easier ways to find out exactly what the going rate is for ads, but for what it's worth here's my quick and easy method..
Visit the G**gle KeywordToolExternal URL and search the keywords you are interested in. When the list is displayed there are no rates shown for the keywords on the page, BUT if you highlight and copy the keyword list, and then paste into notepad the rates magically appear!
