Shady traffic from Russia

Aanalyitcs shows tarffic from a shady site that redirects to moz plugin page. Can someone explain what is going on. This is not normal activity for sure. Visitor is from russia and stayed for 8 mins I haven't published backlinks anywhere so far. Only gplus and fb

Referrer spam... I've seen MASSIVE spikes in referrer spam in the last few weeks.

Yes! Plugin's name is Vitaly something. Does this kind of traffic affect CTR and income from adsen se?
