Im in need of a private proxy service that if you run them through maxmind, for example, they'll show up as regular ISP provided Ip's instead of belonging to a datacentre. I think it's called rDNS spoofing. Any tips?

Back to the point; it seems like it would be trivial for a major network to gather a list of datacentre ip blocks and just softblock them. Not even sure if a spoofed rDNS would help with that... Problem with residential ip's is that you can't get a list of static ips in any meaningful amount....
