Sometimes when leaving the tool on even its set to auto update rankings every 1 day.. It does not update all project as to it only selects 1 project or two...amd when doing it manually by unchecked the auto update it gets stuck on parsing result.. Google.

Make sure to Enable Alerts + Check "Send Reports Daily" in projects which you want to be auto update...

I have been promising these guys an updated review for a while so here goes - In terms of customer service and responsiveness, I give these guys an A+. The software overall is very good. It definitely has some bugs but they work hard at eliminating these bugs when found. When trying to get past Googl$ algorithm to catch people who are trying to obtain their ranking on the SERPs you are constantly going to be dealing with new roadblocks. But these guys keep getting past it. Right now, it appears that if you run the ranktracker too often and you have a lot of KWs in a project, the IP address is getting flagged. So I have asked them to add a captcha solver. The guys have already agreed to look into it. If you want a cost effective solution for a pretty solid piece of software, go with these guys.

you need to use good proxies.. if u check very frequently then you gotta use more proxies.

We are changing entire system of that in V2.
