i can't withdraw 150 USD from fiverr because my paypal is limited and can't receive funds (because i live in european country which is limited in paypal)
as i see there is the paypal acc for 15 USD, can this account receive money from fiverr without problems ? also i have visa electron from my local bank and can i add this visa card to receive that money on it ?
