Update: BigBuddy did refund my order. Again the views came on fine it was the retention rate that was off. I think he's certainly doing his best and it's just part of the game, youtube is always changing things up so no matter how good your Youtube provider is there will be some risk. I plan on trying this service again once the retention rate is sorted out.

Youtube made modifications. You need patience and know how to wait. It is essential to continue to rely on BigBuddy. BB is the best.
The support offered by skype is very good.
I regret that some users criticize without understanding the complexity of Youtube.
