Question about Instagram accounts

Is there any way of making Instagram accounts from PC? I need some accounts like 20-50.What is the best option? make them by myself or buy from sellers? sorry for my bad English.

Simple put. If you don't want the hassle of creating on your own, buy them. Otherwise, be prepare to spend a few days on creating them on your own.

there are quite a few android emulators for pc, i'd say there are better ones than bluestacks, the only problem that instagram is not supported by those at least most of those for sure, when i last tried i was able to install instagram only on 2 emus: bluestacks and the official android emulator, which is not really user-friendly and sluggish even on better configs, so there wasn't any good alternative for bluestacks, maybe that has been changed by now

if you want to be able to use instagram with an emu, you need to look for emus with ARM support

It takes me 5-10 minutes to do all of that. Not that hard once you get in the hang of it. Of course it would be a different story if you want to create 100s of accounts.

I wouldn't buy accounts unless the seller knows what he's doing.
