Anyone have tips on what products to pick for an affiliate website?

According to my experience and based on the list of top selling products promoted by AliExpress affiliates, I would recommend following niches today:

- Apparel and Accessories
- Fashion
- Health and Beauty
- Electronics.

I also recommend that you target female audience mostly to get better conversion rate.

Some interesting facts:
- Women account for 85% of all consumer purchases
- 75% of women are responsible for shopping in their households
- Mums are online (via computer or mobile) for about 6 hours a day
- Women spend 40% more time on social networks than men.

So, another conclusion is that you need pay special attention to promotion via social networks.

When selecting filters on AliPlugin, choose products with high Purchase volume and good Feedback score of a seller.

It's been one week since I got this plugin and I am finally finish all the customization on the storefront and all the logo and favicon. This screenshot is my one week status with the traffic I'm getting. I really don't know if the total views are accurate because the number seems to be high. All I have done is FB post for now nothing else. But I will be doing more SEO and Youtube very soon. So far there's no conversion so no commission as of now.

More than 40,000 of products on one site! Is your site loading speed ok? I am afraid that if your hosting is not very good you can have a slow loading speed that affects conversions.

Yes, my site and the plugin are also acting slow. Is that why because I have to many products on the site? Then how many products should I have?

I would recommend that you change your hosting plan or store not more than 10,000 products. I usually have about 7000 per site.

The biggest problem was the absence of a good auto-translation option. The only possibility to auto-translate products was the translation products one by one. Now this problem is solved! You will just need to set necessary language in Plugin configuration menu and all imported products will come to your site translated into chosen language.


I have also added SEO Metada module to the plugin. Now you can set SEO Titles, Descriptions, Keywords for your home page as well as for every product page.

I purchased the plugin last week I believe. Since, today my aliexpress API was approved I tried to import products. But so far the plugin is not importing, and only "Could Not Be Imported" is changing?

What happened to the content spinner? You said I needed a faster host so i now have one but the spinner has been removed.
How about seo should I not use Yoast seo?
I have had one conversion from three sites i hope it picks up soon.

To translate Site Theme and AliPlugin's interface, go to WP admin panel---> Settings--->General--->Site Language and choose the language. To translate products' descriptions and titles go to WP admin panel---> AliPlugin---> Configuration and choose the language.

I decided to disable spin content option, because there are complaints from hosting companies regarding such spinners.

As for languages I added all that are offered by AliExpress. When they add new languages, they will be also integrated into the Plugin.

I don't recommend using any plugins for creating xml sitemap. It will only slow down your site. The best solution is using Google sitemap service for your sites.
