I've gotten follower banned 4 times. I googled it and some say they have been banned form following for a year. Two of my accounts are still follow banned and its been two weeks. I contacted IG and they removed the ban pretty much instantly on my main acc. Google "instagram contact form". Its a Facebook link. Fill it out, play dumb and you should get your ban removed. Just be more careful with ur settings.

What were your settings and how old is your account? Just wondering how you got follow banned.

lol, I have a feeling this method will stop working once everybody starts abusing it unfortunately.

My account is a week old and I was pushing my account a bit too much following 2.5k+ a day

Just noticed I'm banned from following new accounts too. Only following a little over 3000 right now but I have 23,000 followers. I've read that the max number of accounts you can follow is 6500-7500. Anyone know why I'm stuck in the 3000's?
I've been getting a 400 error in activity log saying I can't follow more users because I'm following the max amount of users (sorry that's not word for word, I've been unfollowing for the past few hours and can't go back far enough in the log)

That's too bad. My account is in the fashion niche and I find a lot of females interested in the fashion niche have private profiles. I'll keep that in mind from now on though.
