Looking for expert in cloaking :O

I need someone to look at my competitor and give me the right advice to understand and maybe copy the technic they use.

they use cloaking content from google, with a cloaking redirect to a money site.

I believe they are spamming the cloaking content for going high and fast on SERP.

Looking for someone to tell me exactly how they do, what kind of cloaking they use, and how they do the spam backlink to rank so easy on serp.

It can be anything dude. Maybe they use a handmade script. Why not cloak yourself and just make your own network?

My competitor use javascript, is it the way to go ? Or php is perfectly fine ?

These are hacked sites. They get/buy access to those sites and upload their own doorway page and redirect all traffic except bots/crawlsers. And then spam as much as they can. Most of them have their own tools to find/get access to sites and all is automated. You can find similar sites in different niches like viagra, cialis, ralph lauren, nike air and similar. But if you want to use doorway pages then it`s always safer to detect bots by ips cause search engines use different bots to detect sneaky redirects.
