Ok people here is my honest review of this Panel.
I had never bought any fake instagram followers anywhere but on this Panel. I saw his offer in here and the prices were good.
I asked for an account and the account was created shortly after. Before placing any orders I made sure to ask him if there would be any drops. The guy in skype told me that they deliver ALOT of fake followers on instagram daily. They had a few drops, but they offered refill so you would be good as the lost followers would be replaced. This sounded honest and I choose to give it a chance. I bought 24200 fake followers. In 6 days I had only received 600 of these. I was thinking that my grand grand kids would be able to see the finished result, if it was going to take this long for him to deliver my 24200, so what I did I contacted the panel, I heard that some updates was going on, and nothing more. On skype the messages that you receive are VERY short, don't be expecting details. And don't be expecting a reply anytime soon. I start believing this is a one man show, and only 1 person is answering all the enquiries.
However my first order was suddently canceled. I asked them what was going on I heard nothing. I then replaced orders, and yet all my orders where canceled again. Later that night an announcement update on the panel was placed. You may not place more than 1 order. So I placed one order at the time. This time I broke my order into 2. just to make sure how the service was. 11000 folowers where delivered, however many of these dropped. I replaced order number 2. the delivery was VERY slow. I wrote to the skype support, asking them what was going on with the delivery of my instagram followers. After 24 hours I just got a message telling me that there was a major update happening on Twitter!! I then wrote and asked what Twitter update had to do with instagram?! I got no answere on this question. however shortly after the delivery started going faster. the whole amount of 24.000 followers delivered has taken almost 3 weeks. Today 2 days after the whole amount was delivered I have lost 7200 followers. undergoing the process I lost 4500 followers which I have made sure to take pictures of the drops, I then 2 days ago over night lost 600 followers, and yesterday over night I lost 2100 folowers. Even though a refill is going on, the drops are faster than the refill.

Very Bad costumer service you have write several times, and be lucky if you get any answere.
Very Bad delivery time. (3 weeks almost 4 weeks to deliver 24000 fake followers)
Cancelation of orders suddently.
When I read others review on this panel, I can really recognize the statements.
Ever since I have got to know new Panels. I mean to be honest, if I am going to use this panel, they really got to do a major changes. It's cheap, but if the amount of drops are going to be as they seem to be, it's like throwing out your money. Not to mention the huge effort and time you have to put into getting in touch with the support.
I expect the total amount of followers that I paid for being delivered and them being stable. I can understand a sorten amount of drops. but a drop of 2100 over one night, and 600 over the night before is TOOO MANY!
