How to use multiple yahoo accounts with same ip?

I am thinking to start the service of providing yahoo answers.
For making level 2 accounts i use this very useful info present in this thread

i have searched bhw but all threads of yahoo are quite outdated so i created new.
How to make all accounts safe? using vpn? or private proxies?

I don't think it's even possible with the same ip. private proxies will do the job there are many proxy sellers on BHW
