Amonetize vs Perinstallcash

Have you had experience with some of these networks and which is better in your opinion?

PerInstallCash is only better if you have quality traffic, amonetize is better if you send more black and bundled traffic.

I would not rely on "black" traffic... than you might be surprised when they come and ban your account if the advertiser does not like it.

Isn't Perinstallcash based on Amonetize ? Because when I download a Perinstallcash exe, its descriptions says from Install Path which are Amonetize guys.
