Review:

I received my report. All the sitesd looks good and decent OBL. But 2 site automatically removed commenting. Here are blog commenting sites metric:

I have received review copy and work has been done as he promised on the thread, Over all all the links are live and comments are natural. So I hope to see SERP movement asap and I will update within few days, OBL are less and he post quite nice comments.

The work has been delivered as said in the thread. OP provided backlinks from 3 PR2 , 4 PR3 , 3 PR4 and 1 PR5 site.. All the comments are live and looks natural . Too early to notice any serp movements , i will update with it soon :) so overall a quality service
 
Is this suitable for tier 1? Will the blogs be niche related?

Got 11 high PR blog Well written comments.
The PR were all genuine as i cross checked them..The DA and PA of the website was also on higher side.
the blog comments were directed to my blog and I already have received 5 visitors today from the blog comments.
The impact on SERP isn't not seen yet as it may take time, but definitely traffic is coming
Just give this service on try , it worked for me in terms of traffic total 17 till now :)
