install bluestacks and the instagram app, you can do pretty much the same things this way on pc what you can do on instagram using your phone including submitting and deleting posts

Why would you? It's just another Android device as far as IG sees it.

If you use the same IP you shouldn't have a problem. I've done this before.

However you may get a captcha or IG may ask you to PV your account.
