Is there an easier way to do this?

I'm wanting to "borrow" the text and associated links from a certain page

http://www.online-sweepstakes.com/new/2015-03-31/

and upload it as an html file on a site of mine for some blackhat purposes. They list a new page daily and I have been having to do it by hand so it is becoming a real pain in the butt. Does anyone know of an easier way to leech a page from another site like this and upload it to a different site?

Personally I'd be happy even if I could just copy the text from the pages and the hyperlinked urls and save them as a text file. That would be much easier to turn into simple html than parsing through all their code.

You can use Frame if you want to show that content on your site, it will be less painful for mickyfu too lol
