a post I made came with an issue???

So I've been using Followliker with no issues for weeks now, and my second time posting a picture since I started using FL, I recieved this issue.



I uploaded it manually too. Any reason for this? Some people could like the photo, some people could not. Should I report it to instagram? Clicking the Tell US button allows me to send a message to instagram regarding the picture, but I don't know if that's smart.

Yeah, which is why I didn't. I don't understand why it happened either, the post is still viewable and other people can like it and stuff, but just select people couldn't like it.
