This software looks amazing - but I would like to check as I thought scraping was against FB terms.
If I scrape a group for it's members (with a pen name account), then upload this group as my custom audience - does FB double check the list, see that they all belong to the same group and then ban me?
Have you heard of any users getting banned and if you haven't would it be better to mix the custom audience up with people from other groups and then randomise them, so that it would be virtually impossible for FB to detect that they've been scraped in the first place.

Hey there are a lot of factors that play when doing Facebook Ads. Just because you have custom audience scraped does not mean you have an offer/product/service that converts.
Do you have 6 ads in your ad set? Are your ads convincing and entice users to click on? What is your daily budget? I pasted the link to my tutorial I hope you learned something from that?

2. With over 3500 users of our software not one has come to us with issue on banning account because of Custom Audience.

I don't think you can resell this software, you can use it to get super targeted traffic from facebook ads.

Glad I read this thread it validates the need for the Facebook regex tool I just spent all day making. Don't worry I'm not publishing it Without even tying it I'd say this is a good tool. Hint to others, people like to re use vanity URLs so although myname at facebook isn't going to get you far if you're looking to email you may find myname gmail/yahoo/whatever belongs to the same person. Same for twitter etc. Facebook is the biggest of big data.

I purchased SLG a few weeks ago, and so far it's working pretty good. However, on multiple occasions when gathering "likes" from niche specific fan pages, depending on the page, I get a bunch (5%+) of emails such as:
TaylorSwift*at*facebook-d0t-k0m
tacobell%at%facebook-d0t-k0m
walmart$at$facebook-d0t-k0m
etc, etc... (^By the way the anti-spam filter on BHW is REALLY annoying)
Sorry, back to topic. I obviously don't want to advertise to these emails, and I have no idea why large companies / celebrities are "liking" niche specific blogs / company pages. Is there a fast way to rid of these?
